Account Registration and Verification
2.1 Registration Process
To open an account on 9 jaya, users must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, address, and contact details provided at registration must be genuine and truthful. Registering with false information may result in the account being cancelled at any time and the associated balance being forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household operate separate accounts from the same device or IP address, they must inform the 9 jaya support team in advance.
2.3 Verification Documents
To fully verify an account and ensure secure withdrawals, 9 jaya may request a copy of a national ID card or passport, recent proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. These documents are stored securely — see our Privacy Policy for details.
2.4 Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login password and OTP details confidential. 9 jaya will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing this information with others. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
Age and Eligibility Requirements
All 9 jaya services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Registration or participation in gaming by anyone under age is strictly prohibited.
Important: Creating an account or using gaming services on this platform by anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. If an age verification discrepancy is found, the account will be closed immediately.
The following persons are not eligible to become members:
- Anyone accessing the service from outside Bangladesh where doing so is prohibited by local law.
- Anyone previously banned from 9 jaya for violating the rules.
- Anyone who has applied for self-exclusion and whose exclusion period is still active.
- 9 jaya employees or their immediate family members.
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount on 9 jaya is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank are accepted. Once a deposit is completed it is non-refundable; however, if a technical error occurs, please contact the support team.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be made.
- Withdrawals should be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- If additional documents are requested for verification, they must be provided promptly.
4.3 Fund Security
User deposits are held separately from 9 jaya's operational funds. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption technology.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.
5.2 Ongoing Promotions
9 jaya regularly runs a number of offers for existing members, including the following:
- Weekly 9 jaya Reload: 50% bonus on deposits of ৳300 or more, up to ৳5,000, with 20x wagering.
- 9 jaya Slots Festival Bonus: 30% bonus for slot games, up to ৳3,000, with 25x wagering.
- Cricket Season Special Offer: 40% bonus on cricket events, up to ৳4,000, with 22x wagering.
- 9 jaya Birthday Gift: Up to ৳1,000 for verified members, with 15x wagering.
- Refer a Friend 9 jaya Reward: Up to ৳2,000 for a successful referral, with 18x wagering.
5.3 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements have been fully met.
- Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress.
- 9 jaya reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
- Each bonus has a specific claim deadline, which is stated on the promotions page.
- A bonus is never considered free money — it is a conditional benefit.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Platform Fairness
All games on 9 jaya are developed by reputable software providers, including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, and many other studios. Each game's outcome is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which eliminates any possibility of result manipulation.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated within the game. Special bet limits may apply when playing with bonus funds. 9 jaya reserves the right to change the bet limits of any game.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a game is not completed properly due to server issues, network disruption, or software errors, the relevant bet amount will be refunded. Abnormal winnings displayed as a result of a technical fault may be cancelled.
6.4 Sports Betting Rules
For bets on any sports event, including cricket and football, bets must be placed before the scheduled start time of the event. Bets on abandoned or cancelled matches will be refunded. Odds changing during live betting is normal, and 9 jaya does not guarantee any specific odds.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9 jaya platform:
- Attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly by creating multiple accounts.
- Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to play games.
- Colluding with other players or staff to influence game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Using artificial betting methods to meet wagering requirements (for example, placing bets on both sides simultaneously to complete wagering).
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or hacking.
- Using or stealing another user's account credentials.
- Attempting to complete account registration or verification using false information.
If any of the above prohibited activities are carried out, 9 jaya reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the associated balance. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by 9 jaya
If there is suspicion or evidence of a rule violation, 9 jaya may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice. Withdrawal requests may be delayed during an investigation.
8.2 Closure by the User
Any member may voluntarily close their own account. The remaining balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed. Under the self-exclusion policy, accounts can also be deactivated for a set period.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no activity for an extended period, an account may be marked as inactive. In this case, 9 jaya will notify the relevant user in advance.
Limitation of Liability
9 jaya will not be liable for the following:
- Losses in games or bets caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
- Delayed transactions caused by technical issues on third-party payment platforms (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
- Losses resulting from a user sharing their password or account details with a third party.
- Temporary service interruptions caused by unexpected technical errors.
- Personal financial losses incurred by users as a result of gaming — 9 jaya provides no guarantee in this regard.
In case of any dispute, the decision of 9 jaya will be considered final, however members may contact the support team with reasonable complaints.
Privacy & Data Protection
9 jaya takes the utmost care in collecting, storing and using users' personal information. What type of information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances it may be shared with third parties — all of this is described in detail in the Privacy Policy. That policy must also be read alongside these terms and conditions.
Under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, 9 jaya may be required to provide information to the relevant authorities in certain circumstances. Documents collected for account verification purposes are stored on servers secured with SSL encryption.
Amendment & Changes to Terms
9 jaya reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be displayed on the site or a message will be sent to the registered email address. If the user continues to use the platform after the changes, they will be considered to have agreed to the revised terms.
